The workshop is designed to provoke new learning and new ways of thinking about leadership using the Lego® Serious® Play methodology. We shall unpack the relationship we have with leadership, reflect on our leadership journey and construct a preferred story of leadership that fits the context and the world we live in.
An unconventional tool in unlocking such new knowledge is Lego Serious Play. Lego Serious Play methodology is a result of leading research from different fields of study based on the concept that thoughts and ideas built with our hands, tend to be expressed in greater detail and are more easily understood and remembered.
In response to a question, each participant builds their own three-dimensional LEGO model using specially selected bricks. Using metaphor, they share the story of the model with other participants and as a way of internalizing, they reflect on what was heard or seen in the model.
This workshop is intended for professionals who work with leaders, lead teams or are planning to do so and are interested in unlocking new knowledge about leadership.
