Founders Profile
Oghenekome believes that when we provide people the opportunity to grow and flourish – Magic happens!
He also believes strongly that when organizations are more inclusive they are better prepared for the future.
In his day to day activities, Oghenekome is facilitating problem solving in organizations, supporting entrepreneurs found and scale their businesses and co-creating fun projects that have positive impacts on communities.
Before founding Brij Venture, he led the regional business development efforts of a top German marketing research company. Educated in Nigeria and Germany, Oghenekome is a trained banker, economist, certified project manager and Lego Serious Play facilitator.
